Contactless Drop-off/Collection
Drop off or collect you computer/laptop safely using our contactless method. Customers can bring their device to our delivery station, complete the form provided and after repairs are completed; collect their device from the pickup station.
Sanitisation of Hardware
Staff at Mates Rates will be sanitising all hardware bought into the store and will ensure that all Hardware is fully sanitised just prior to returning it to customers.
Remote Assistance
For those customers who would prefer to remain in their own homes, Mates Rates will be offering remote assistance for repairs. Please contact us for more information.
Limit of one-customer on site at a time
Mates Rates will be enforcing a strict ‘one-customer’ rule for on-site drop-offs/collections. Customers are welcome to wait in one of our isolated chairs outside of the store, until the store has been vacated and it is their turn to be served.
